Rule Changes Announced
Beginning in 2012
-QB point scoring: one point every 25 yards in passing. Previously, QBs would earn one point for every 20 yards in passing.
-QBs will receive a three-point bonus when throwing for 300 or more yards. Previously it only took a minimum of 250 yards to gain the bonus.
